They created a culinary arts training program to train people who have a goal of gaining employment in the foodservice industry.
One restaurant hired 40 disabled people!

Tim's Place
Here is a very inspirational video about a young man who had a dream of owning his own restaurant. Although he may have downs syndrome, no dream of his was too big to follow. With the help of his family Tim owns his own business and loves to go to work every day. Enjoy!
